The first criterion for choosing a rotary solenoid is its angle of rotation in association with its starting torque. The only angle of rotation available for reversing rotary solenoids is 45°. Should you require a different angle of rotation you can either choose a single acting linear solenoid or order a solenoid custom-made to your specifications.
