A small open frame solenoid design designed for longer strokes than the MM miniature, the Kuhnke HM series comes in 2 standard sizes. There are thrust and pull versions of each.
Body sizes are 11.5mm x 16mm x 38mm (HM107) or 15mm x 18mm x 50mm (HM207). The available force at varying stroke lengths up to 7mm (HM107) or 10mm (HM207) depends on the duty cycle. Typically , at maximum stroke, 8 Newtons can be achieved at 5% duty cycle, reducing to 2 Newtons at 100% (HM207).
The most common voltage is 24VDC but these can be wound for most DC voltages.

Kuhnke HM series .
A standard linear solenoid designed for strokes up to 10mm.
Part number explanation. The different versions of HM solenoids are coded into the part number which is made up of 6 components, which we have shown here in the headings A - F. Explanations are shown below the table.
| A | B | C | D | E | F |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| HM | 1 | 07 | F | 24 | 100% |
| 2 | 57 |
A = Design, in this case HM
B = Size 1, 2
C = 07 pull type, 57 thrust type
D = Connections, F = flying leads
E = Voltage in DC
F = Duty cycle
