There is one standard holding solenoid design available in 7 sizes. A holding solenoid is a solenoid without an armature which, on energisation will attract any ferous/iron material.
This product is used to hold anything in position that you may wish to retain a without using a complex mechanism, and with just a simple driver circuit. For example retaining safety door device.
Body sizes are 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 55 & 70mm diameter(Ø). A maximum holding force of 1400 Newtons can be achieved.
The most common voltage is 24VDC but these can be wound for most DC voltages.

Kuhnke HT series .
A powerful holding solenoid, with no moving parts. It works like an electro-magnet.
Part number explanation. The different versions of HT solenoids are coded into the part number which is made up of 6 components, which we have shown here in the headings A - F. Explanations are shown below the table.
| A | B | C | D | E | F |

A = Design, in this case HT
B = Design type, D = cylindrical
C = Size, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 55 & 70mm diameter.
D = Connections, F = flying leads
E = Voltage in DC
F = Duty cycle normally 100%
